Late Arrival Policy: We understand that delays happen; however, to maintain our schedule, we will hold your “seat” for a maximum of 15 minutes past your scheduled time. After 15 minutes, you will lose your priority, and your appointment may be marked as a “no-show” or given to a walk-in client.
